Social Spectrum Club

WHO:

Kids and teens ages 12-17 with Autism and their typically developing siblings/friends.

WHEN:

Currently we have two groups that meet in person Tuesday's and Thursday's starting at 3:00 and run until 6:30 PM. We also have a virtual online Minecraft group on Wednesday's from 3:00-4:30 PM. Depending on your child's age and location will determine which group is most appropriate. Throughout the Summer months we have scheduled special events, field trips and outings. Contact Nicole to find out when the next scheduled event or club date is taking place!

 

WHERE:

In Central Lakeland at our main club location. The physical address will be provided to you after registration has been completed. 

 

WHAT:

Various activities including but not limited to: Improvisational theater, Art projects, Science activities, Yoga, Lego STEM Building and Robotics Coding, Sensory & Aromatherapy play, Social Skills related games, Board Games, Collaborative video Gaming & Educational Technology, Field trips, Social Outings, Reading to Rescue Horses, Therapeutic Animal Interaction, Bike riding, Nature walks, Special Holiday events and More!

 

HOW MUCH $?:

Our Tuesday and Thursday 2 hour in-person group meets for 4 weeks and is $75.00 for the 4 week session. Our virtual online Wednesday group is $20.00 per month which helps cover the cost of the Minecraft realms subscription and various downloads of programs/games we use during the 90 minute group.  

HOW TO SIGN UP:

Go to the 'registration' page (found under the Menu tab 'Registration') and follow the instructions to register. Please complete a form for each child that wishes to attend the club and email it to nicole@socialspectrumclub.com. Also please message Nicole at: (863) 333-5419 to say hello and let me know you have completed a registration. After that we will be in contact with you about our first club get together! I so look forward to hearing from you!
